It is not so complicated to concoct a tasty cashew nut syrup!
Follow our instructions to make it yourself at home...
Ingredients
- 250g cane sugar
- 25cl of water
- A handful of roasted cashew nuts then crushed with a pestle
- 1cl of orange blossom water
Preparation
- 1. Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan
- 2. Cook over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- 3. Turn off the heat and leave to infuse, covered, for 20 minutes.
- 4. Filter through a cloth
