FAQ
Can I make a single order with multiple recipients?
No, you have to place as many orders as recipients.
Countries you can order from
Our online sales module accepts orders from mainland France and all other countries of the European Union (except certain island areas or areas with specific regulations).
To order from other countries or geographical areas, please contact us (command@tijuca.fr). We will do our best to deliver to you, subject to the invoicing of specific shipping costs.
However, due to certain restrictions on the transport of alcoholic products and certain regulations, we will not be able to accept orders from certain countries or geographical areas.
Order acceptance
To know if your order has been taken into account, you must check in your mailbox if you have received the confirmation email. (Also check your spam).
Our Customer Relations Department may contact you and ask you for an identity document and a proof of address to validate your order.
This is a precautionary measure to prevent any risk of identity theft and to guarantee the reliability of your order.
After a period of 15 days without news from you, your order will be cancelled. These documents will never be used for any other purpose, nor kept.
The payment of my order
We use a completely secure credit card payment method and ensure the protection of your personal data.
My invoice
Once your payment has been made, you will receive your invoice as an attachment to the confirmation email.
Delivery fees
Your delivery costs are free to Metropolitan France and the other countries of the European Union* for all orders from 3 bottles.
We charge, in addition to the sale price, a fixed delivery charge of €7 for the order of one or two bottles.
*excluding certain island areas or areas with special regulations (contact us)
Preparation of the order
Your package will be prepared within 24 hours of the order or the following Monday for orders placed from Friday to Sunday.
During busy periods such as sales, private sales or end-of-year celebrations, our preparation times can be extended from 24 to 48 hours.
Shipment
We entrust your bottles to a carrier specializing in the shipment of wines and spirits.
Our logistics department pays particular attention to the packaging of your bottles. They are secured in recyclable packaging ensuring optimal protection during transport.Le délai de livraison
Our carrier undertakes to deliver to you within 24 to 48 working hours after taking charge of the package. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on a date fixed in advance.
This time is added to that of the preparation of your order.
Home delivery
Delivery will be made to the address indicated; for more security, we do not use relay points.
In case of absence on your part at the time of delivery, the carrier will keep the package and leave you a transit advice note advising you of the place, near your home, where you can pick it up as well as the duration of pending.
Delivery to French overseas communities
French overseas communities are subject to a specific tax, the dock dues. This tax applies to the delivery of goods and the final recipient is required to pay it to obtain their goods. We do not accept returns of goods from these geographical areas on the grounds of non-payment of this tax.
Goods returns
If your package is delivered to you in poor condition (broken bottle, etc.), you must refuse the package or issue a reservation directly to the delivery person. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Relations Department (see address below).
Returns of goods for any other reason are authorized under the conditions provided for by the regulations applicable to online sales and the General Conditions of Sale.
