Map terroirs

Like other spirits, cachaça is above all the reflection of a land and a climate and the work of the man who will do his best to reveal the expression of his homeland.

TIJUCA harvests its sugar cane exclusively in the different regions of the State of Rio-de-Janeiro.

The fazendas of our producers are scattered all along the Mata Atlântica, between the sea and the mountains, allowing the sugar cane to benefit from very varied conditions of sunshine, rainfall and soil.

Highlighting their terroirs of origin, our canes also offer the specific characteristics of their different varieties, all of which is essential to obtain a rich aromatic palette thanks to the distillation of very fresh pure cane juice which gives rise to TIJUCA spirits.
